HOW CAN I USE A PROMO CODE?

Once you have added all the items to your cart, proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your promo code to your order. For every order only one promo code can be used. If you are having trouble applying your promo code, please contact our customer happiness team at info@bembiland.com.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer standard delivery across UAE. If your order is over AED 100.00 you get FREE standard shipping! Orders placed after 12 pm will be shipped next working day.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard delivery orders placed before 12:00 PM Dubai/ Asia will be processed the same day. Once your order is dispatched, it will be deliver next business day. For more information, view our Delivery & Payments page. Dubai orders can be delivered on request same day.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We can ship internationally on request, please email us on  info@bembiland.com  for a quote.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Visa ,Postpay, Mastercard, American Express payments online. We also accept COD (Cash on Delivery)

IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?

We have a secure checkout so the card details are transmitted through a secure server. Card information is not held by UKR Trading FZ-LLC after the order has been processed.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

Absolutely no, all returns are free within 3 days after purchase. Books that are eligible for return will only be accepted if unused, not torn, or damaged, and in their original condition. Toys and Games that are used, activated or with missing parts will not be accepted for return

 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONLINE?

It is not possible to cancel an online order without contacting one of our service representatives.. Please contact us via e-mail info@bembiland.com phone or WhatsApp provided on the website as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your order, we are always happy to help.
