How much do you charge for delivery?

Quick delivery is free within the UAE for all orders over AED 100 excluding VAT. Orders under AED 100 will be charged AED 15 for delivery within the UAE.

What countries do you offer delivery to?

For now we deliver only within United Arab Emirates.

Out of delivery area

Delivery might be possible to these locations. Please contact customer service at info@bembiland.com, however, it may require extra transit time and charge.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 12 pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the next business day. Our business days are Monday-Saturday with Sunday off. Once your order is dispatched, it will arrive the next business day. Orders delays are possible due to unforeseen conditions.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped. Your email may go into junk/spam folder. Please mark as non spam to receive emails from us in primary folder and receive important information about your order. Our delivery team will contact you prior to delivery to confirm your presence at the given location.
